The Living Well CVD project provides FREE blood pressure checks across the Rochdale Borough to help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
We go to community drop ins, groups and events, to offer blood pressure checks along with advice about the reading and what it means. We can also offer lifestyle advice and support to make small changes.- See our Facebook page for details about our regular sessions and the events we’ll be at.
